Now that we have our fully optimized virtual desktop machine parent images that can be used by Horizon View, the next stage of the process is to prepare them for delivery to the end users.
There are two different ways in which a desktop needs to be prepared, depending on whether you are using a Full Clone desktop or a Linked/Instant Clone desktop. Full Clones will use a VM template to create virtual desktop machines, while Linked/Instant Clones will use a snapshot to create virtual desktop machines.
