There are two types of operations we perform on our domains: things we do to the domains themselves, and other operations we do within the zones themselves.
An example of the former might be transferring a domain between Registrars or deploying DNS anycast.
The latter includes operations such as deploying DNS-based load-balancing or geoDNS, or implementing mail policies such as SPF or DKIM.
In this chapter, we examined these operations and the reader should have an understanding of what's involved in these cases as well as the options available for implementing them.
