The RideRight Bike Parts company is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is an importer and wholesaler of specialized bicycle parts from manufacturers in Asia. It focuses on specialized bicycle accessories, for example: bicycle saddles, handles, bicycle bells, drink holders, baskets, locks, brakes, tires, wheels, puncture repairs kits, and bicycle pumps.

RideRight sells the specialized bike parts to bicycle shops, and direct to individuals by mail, throughout British Columbia and the rest of Canada.

RideRight has a sales team that makes sales to the bike shops, and chases leads. The Sales Director in RideRight purchases the leads from bike clubs, and bike-related event organizers throughout Canada.

RideRight already has an ERP application and a CRM application, but they are not integrated. This has led to disconnects in their business processes.
