The Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) is the first-run setup experience that enables the configuration of Windows 10 devices purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Connecting to a network, joining a domain, and creating an account, are just some of the settings that need to be configured during the first-run setup experience.
