Summary
In this chapter, we went over the process of importing users, enabling SSO for custom-built and Enterprise applications, and using different authentication factors for MFA with the use of organization-based policies, all to protect workforce users (employees, contractors, and temporary users) using the Okta Workforce Identity solution.
In the second part of this chapter, we learned how to enable self-registration and how to configure SSO and MFA using application-based policies with Okta Customer Identity. By deploying Okta Customer Identity, we enabled frictionless, secure access to custom-built apps for external users of the company.
