You learned how the Sametime client installs can be customized, and which files in the installation directories contain the customization parameters. You learned how Sametime can be customized to integrate with Microsoft Office. You learned how to set policies for the Sametime clients and how to enforce the policies both on installation and on startup. Finally, you learned how to update Sametime clients from prior versions and how to set your Sametime environment to enforce the Sametime client version levels.
