Managing Microsoft Lists via PowerShell
As we have seen just now, you can use the SharePoint Online Management Shell PowerShell module to manage two specific settings on the tenant level for Microsoft Lists. When it comes to managing lists directly via PowerShell, this module does not provide you with any functionality. However, there is a separate module available called PnP PowerShell that gets maintained by Microsoft as well as active community members, which allows you to manage Microsoft 365 environments, and specifically SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, and Power Automate. The cmdlets that are provided to manage SharePoint lists naturally also work with Microsoft Lists and will be explained in more detail in this section.
More information on PnP PowerShell
More information on the PnP PowerShell module, including how to install it, how to connect to SharePoint Online, and a list of all available cmdlets provided through it, is available at https://pnp.github.io/powershell...
