In this chapter, instead of answering some questions, I want you to do an exercise:

1. Create the users Lisa, John, Karel, and Carola.
2. Set the passwords for these users to welc0meITG.
3. Verify the existence of these users.
4. Create finance and staff groups.
5. Make the users Lisa and Carola members of finance, and Karel and John members of staff.
6. Create the /home/staff and /home/finance directories and set the group ownership of these directories to staff and home, respectively.
7. Give the staff group read access to the finance directory.
8. Make sure that newly created files receive the correct group ownership and permissions.
