Plotting with objects [new]
The latest version of gnuplot has some new commands for plotting with objects, which are geometrical shapes including rectangles, circles, ellipses, and polygons. In order to show off the flexibility of gnuplot's new object plotting commands, we have abused them in order to create something that is not part of gnuplot's normal repertoire: a pie chart.
