Throughout this chapter, we learned about the various processes available with the Dynamics 365 platform. We looked at the use of various templates, as well as the platform's capabilities to leverage Office 365 features. Finally, we looked at the various search capabilities across the platform.
This entire set of functionality allows you to configure platform behavior that will make a user's life easier. From visual guidance through the steps needed to achieve the result, coupled with automation capabilities and tight integration with Office applications, the users' life has now become much easier, leaving them with time to focus on the creative aspect of the business.
In the next chapter, we will tackle the concept of integrations by looking at the available out of the box configurable integration options.
