Working with Catalogs and Peer Accounts
Currently, all the users defined on your account have access to all of the courses available in your course catalog. This is the default situation, and it might very well meet your needs. However, more often than not, organizations need precise control over who can access which courses or need to segment content and reporting data for certain user groups. For example, courses available to internal users might be different from courses available to external users, and courses that contain sensitive or confidential information might only be made available to specific audiences within the organization. These are just two of the many situations where not all learners should have access to the same set of courses. In Adobe Learning Manager, such access control is achieved by creating multiple catalogs.
