Chapter 8: Integrating the Power Virtual Agent into Teams

In the previous chapter, we built our first chatbot for Teams. The overall creation experience is similar to creating chatbots for the web, but the target audience is entirely different.

This chapter focuses on taking a Power Virtual Agent chatbot created for Teams and presenting it to a Teams audience. We will be looking at various ways of making a chatbot available to Teams members.

In this chapter, we will tackle the following topics:

• Where can we introduce a Power Virtual Agent for Teams?
• How to present our Power Virtual Agent for Teams
• One Power Virtual Agent versus many

At the end of this chapter, we will have our first Power Virtual Agent for Teams presented to the internal users of our organization. We will understand where and how we can present this chatbot while revisiting the topic of a single chatbot versus multiple chatbots servicing a set of requests.
