In our digital world, being able to protect our data and the systems we use to access, store, and manage it is paramount. One of our first lines of defense in this ongoing battle to secure data is the operating system. So, it’s no wonder that Google has invested heavily in designing the ChromeOS platform in order to make it not only highly functional but also highly secure. In fact, many argue that out-of-the-box ChromeOS is the most secure web browser on the market because it was designed with security in mind. This has led to many of its security features being standard components of the OS rather than added on after the fact.
