Time for action - previewing and printing a local print job
Clicking on Print Preview on the File menu presents us with a preview or "how it will look" for local print jobs. If you have a PDF selected (by clicking on the TypeSet/PDF tab at the bottom of the main script window), we find that the Print Preview option is grayed out (not active). There's a very important reason for this. The final format version of a Celtx script is controlled by a formatting server out on the Internet to make sure we have exactly an acceptable industry standard format. Local print stuff, we can play around with, but we can't and should not be able to change the final format. More on that later.
Clicking on Print Preview turns the main script window (the big window centered in the Celtx screen) into a preview window for our local print jobs, as shown in the following screenshot:
