Reviewing the DaVinci Resolve interface

  1. Media pool: This panel displays and organizes all the imported footage.
  2. Source Viewer: This displays the unedited footage before adding it to the timeline.
  3. Timeline Viewer: This previews the clips already added to the timeline.
  4. Toolbar: This features timeline editing modes, editing functions, and timeline zoom settings.
  5. Timeline: This allows you to place and adjust clips used in the current edit.
