In this chapter, we dove further into what it means to work with members outside of your immediate workspace team. We discovered how to incorporate outside guests, partners, clients, and customers into shared channels and interactive sessions. We learned how to set up a call and video through direct messages and channels and how to invite internal and external guests to join. We set up a means to develop manageable communication standards within channels and created expectations for how to respect and respond to customer-based feedback. Having become proficient in communicating verbally with all types of members within your company, we will now dive into the digital mechanics of maintaining your workspace in the most efficient way possible.
