Summary

In this chapter, we learned what opportunities are and how to create them. We learned about opportunity stages and how they are used with the sales path to record the progress of an opportunity. We learned what contact roles are and how to add them to an opportunity. We learned what products and price books are and how to add products to an opportunity to show what is being sold.
