Measuring utilization of underlining bot hardware

Utilization of bot machines or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) in RPA refers to the percentage of time that an RPA bot is actively working on tasks versus the time it is idle or waiting for tasks. In other words, it measures how effectively the bot infrastructure is being used to automate tasks.

Optimizing the percentage of utilization is important for increasing efficiency in RPA. The higher the utilization percentage, the more tasks the bot infrastructure can handle, leading to increased productivity and cost savings. However, increasing utilization too much can lead to performance issues and decreased efficiency.
