Basics of Workflows and Balancing Dark and Light
Welcome to the first workflow-based chapter in this book. Up until this point, we have been working on fundamental techniques that you needed to understand to get here (things such as masking and selection). Now, we will turn our attention to the idea of workflows – the quickest way to teach a technique is in the context of workflows. So, in this and other chapters dedicated to workflows, we have divided them into three topics:

- Doing an edit using a workflow: In this chapter, we will be doing a flower edit
