Chapter 13. Foundation – A Responsive CSS/JavaScript Framework
I usually describe Zurb Foundation and Twitter Bootstrap to people as "the thing I always wanted to write but never found the time to do".
One could call them frameworks or not, but I recommend you check the websites of both to learn what they call themselves. I have used both and compared them and have decided to go with Foundation. It is a matter of taste. I always like to go with the bigger challenge. I preferred studying Finnish over learning Swedish. You may find Bootstrap easier to use, as it probably contains more widgets, but when I look at a website, it is, in my opinion, easier to recognize that it was developed with Bootstrap out of the box than with Foundation. I have included an overview of Bootstrap as an appendix.
