In this final chapter, we're going to look at processes, tools, and strategies for migrating on-premises SharePoint Server content to Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
SharePoint migrations require additional planning and tools not included with the product, some of which were covered in Chapter 16, Overview of the Migration Process. SharePoint migrations, as we discussed in the previous chapter, involve inventorying content to be migrated and mapping business priorities to the services that will be enabled.
