In this chapter, you learned about Business Cards and how they are useful in a Sametime environment. You learned how to configure the data that is seen in a Business Card, as well as how to select where that data comes from. You learned how to customize the output for the Business Card, and how to troubleshoot issues you may see when using Business Cards. You learned how important photos are for Business Cards, and how best to configure that information to prevent performance issues. Finally, you learned how to configure the Sametime clients to use the Sametime Business Card information. In the next chapter, you will be introduced to Sametime Advanced and Sametime Gateway and learn how to prepare to connect either system to your Sametime 8.5.2 environment.
