Building blocks of Viva Connections

The Viva Connections home experience is built on a couple of components that are used to curate and bring content from SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services to Teams. The Viva Connections home experience is a landing page that brings important news, recent conversations and videos, a curated dashboard, and links to different curated resources via navigation and what users have been using or following recently:

The landing page is opened when a user accesses the Viva Connections app from the left rail menu in Teams. Feed brings curated, important content to users based on interest and the user’s role. Dashboard is used to view relevant links, content, applications, and quickly accessible information in a card-like format. Resources is a curated list of important resources and can be managed by users who have edit permissions for the Viva home experience:
