However, before continuing here, let’s familiarize ourselves with the interface layout:
- Media pool: This panel displays and organizes all the imported footage.
- Source Viewer: This displays the unedited footage before adding it to the timeline.
- Timeline Viewer: This previews the clips already added to the timeline.
- Toolbar: This features timeline editing modes, editing functions, and timeline zoom settings.
- Timeline: This allows you to place and adjust clips used in the current edit.
