Using Artboards
Artboards are a powerful way to work in Affinity Designer when you want or need to have multiple pages in one document.
Artboards are basically separate pages within one document. They can all be the same size, as in a multipage magazine or brochure design layout, or various versions of the same design in different color schemes. Artboards can also be of varying sizes, for example, for a company stationery package of business cards, letterheads, second sheets, and envelopes, or as an advertising campaign with various ad sizes or concepts.
In short, Artboards are a convenient way to add pages to or organize your multiple-paged Affinity Designer work that are as flexible as you need them to be.
Working with Artboards
Artboards can be created, as discussed in the previous section, from within the New Document dialog box by clicking on Create artboard, or at any time in an existing document by using the Artboard Tool from the Tool Panel.
