Enabling AI Companion
By default, AI Companion features are disabled. You must manually enable each AI Companion feature for users in the account. This is done for security and privacy reasons as Zoom uses information such as meetings to train the large language model (LLM) of your Zoom account. Zoom doesn’t use customer information to train their model, so you will have to enable AI Companion in your account and use your own information to train AI Companion. The more you use it, the smarter it gets.
How to do it…
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Zoom portal with administrator rights.
- Choose Settings and then click AI Companion:

These settings will only apply to you, not your entire account. In later recipes, we will apply AI Companion features that are enabled at an account level.
