Summary
In this chapter, we discussed what comes after the hard work. After learning the basics of being able to recognize the tools needed to create and interact within your workspace, we took our knowledge to the market to understand when it's appropriate to extend the effort to build our bots and when it simply makes more sense to allow someone else to do the work for you.
We revisited the concept of frameworks to introduce paid options that assist in creating a bot from the bare bones. We returned to the Slack App Directory to find bots already available on the market to purchase through a variety of plans and immediately integrate into our workspace. We even considered outsourcing our bots to external freelancers and companies to build the type of bot we needed for us.
