What is cropping?
Cropping is a way to remove parts of the image to only allow the areas to be visible that you want your audience to see. Now, this sounds an awful lot like masking, but actually, cropping only allows you to reposition the image, meaning you cannot “crop out” the center of the image; however, you can reposition the image so that the non-value-added parts of the image are removed.
