NetSuite also has a comprehensive help knowledge base, which is accessed by clicking on the Help button in the top-right corner of the user interface. The help database is searchable, as you can see from the search bar. It also contains a table of contents, listing all the topics by module:

The articles in the help center are pretty theoretical, giving you the specifics of the features and functions as documented by the NetSuite product management and documentation teams. It can be very useful when learning about new features, but lacks the practical tips and real-world examples you may be looking for. You can find that information in the SuiteAnswers database.
