Assistant administrator role
Another role that can be very useful is an administrator role with limited permissions. This type of role can be used to assign specific capabilities to a user who will be performing administrative tasks via the site. As has been the case throughout this book, the term administrator is being used to describe an individual who works in a clerical function within an educational program. Such educational administrators might be, for example, checking attendance records or aggregating grade data for a series of classes during a given period.
