Software-driven processes

We try to digitalize a process. This is more than going from paper to PDFs. Currently, most applications are tools to support a human who is executing the process. We want to implement an application that executes the process itself and reaches out to humans for support if needed.

Silicon-based resources are any kind of simple business logic, such as AI and machine learning algorithms trying to understand the situation and make decisions. In case that does not work out, their duty is to prepare the data in a way that the carbon-based, or human, resource can focus on what they do best, which is being creative, understanding complex situations, and making decisions.

Try to automate as much as possible, then prepare the data and hand it over to a human.
