Templates

Inkscape has some pre-defined templates you can use to start your development. To access these templates, go to the main menu and select File and then New. A pop-up menu appears showing a number of default page (or canvas) sizes to choose from, as shown in the following screenshot:

Most templates are pre-loaded into the Inkscape release and installation. However, if you find additional Inkscape templates you want to use, they can be easily installed.
