Planning for success
Success is not achieved by chance. To achieve success, meticulous planning needs to take place from the very beginning of the project. This truth is also applicable to any project, and WEF portal project is not an exception.
As WEF consultants, we have been invited to help portal projects that found themselves in a less than desirable situation. The following list sums up the most common points we identified on these projects:
