Recall from the discussion in Chapter 2 that there are, in fact, four different editions of Rational Team Concert available. The Express-C version is suitable for teams of ten or less, and comes with a free license.
Apache Tomcat is a robust, open source servlet container suitable, and for convenience, comes bundled with Rational Team Concert for a quick out-of-the-box setup.
Together, these provide a free environment for a small team that is very quick to get running.
