Real-world problems are often complex, require different access levels for different users, or may involve providing different functionality or views of the same underlying data. Sometimes, these requirements can be fulfilled in a single app, but at times, it is more prudent and simpler to split the responsibilities and functionalities in different apps and share them with relevant users.
In this chapter, we'll build apps that enable a realtor to interact with their clients. A realtor, at any given time, can be working with multiple clients, which can be buyers or sellers. Each buyer comes with varying requirements and preferences, and therefore, the realtor shares a curated list of properties personalized for each buyer to review and respond with their decision to request a viewing, put in an offer, or pass on the offer.
