Part 3: Portfolio
This part will cover what isn’t team- or Train-specific but is needed by a Lean-Agile enterprise. We will learn to avoid pitfalls in the portfolio and we will cover why Enterprise Strategy, Leadership Alignment, and Continuous learning are important in shaping and changing the culture; the implications of not having these pieces; and how to garner alignment at the highest levels of the organization. In addition, we will look at the mechanics of building, operating, and governing your portfolio.
