Summary

In this chapter, we learned how the NetSuite implementation project plan drives the project teams to success, what goes into a plan, and how we apply our methodology's thinking to the plan throughout its execution.

In the next chapter, we'll dig further into exactly how we go about gathering requirements for specific parts of the NetSuite product, and I think you'll start to understand how much there is to know and how many ways a project can go awry if you're not careful.
