Field validations and form themes
As we saw earlier, Forms allows modifications so that our research can help the user, bringing ease and guidance. If you have been to a medical center, you may have had to fill out a section of a medical record that asks whether you underwent any surgery, after which you may have had to fill in a section that asked whether you underwent any specific surgery. The more detailed the information requested is, the more effective we can make our form, avoiding, in addition to inaccurate data, financial losses and even credibility losses.
