Restricting posts in the All Company community
The All Company community in Viva Engage is a default community where important announcements and updates can be shared with the entire organization. Restricting posts in this community ensures that only authorized users can post messages, maintaining the quality and relevance of the content shared.
Getting ready

How to do it…
- Navigate to the Viva Engage home page at https://engage.cloud.microsoft/ or by navigating to https://microsoft365.com and selecting Viva Engage from your app launcher (nine-dot grid icon in the upper-left corner).
- Select Communities from the left navigation menu and then select All Company from the list of communities.
