When we work in cybersecurity, we used to think about the technical side of it: how to secure our networks, how to develop better code, how to be more resilient, and so on. However, there is a very important layer that supports all those efforts, and is the backbone of enterprise-level security: the cybersecurity policies and procedures.

However, creating them is not an easy task, and most people were never trained to do this. In fact, as IT professionals, we are used to following a tutorial or recipe to install a new system or server, but there is no such a thing as creating cybersecurity policies and procedures.
