Real life DSC usage
After coming this far, you're on the bandwagon and are ready to implement DSC in your production environment. You're the admin for numerous servers and you want to start getting things in order right away. You've talked it over with your boss and you both know there isn't enough room on the VM server for a dedicated instance just to stand up to the DSC Pull Server when it hasn't proven itself yet. You've agreed to start out with pushing DSC configurations to show progress and in a month re-evaluate the progress.
When you open up the list of servers you manage, you notice that they are a mix of Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 R2.
