Why do you need a business line and a marketing number?
- Your Keap marketing number is used for automated text message broadcasts to many contacts at once
- Your Keap business profile is for one-to-one communications and small-group texts
- In the event that a contact opts out of your Keap marketing number, you can still use your Keap business line to contact them
