Chapter 13: Analytics
This is the last chapter of this book. Now that we have gone through the complete Order to Cash cycle, including master data, it is vital to understand some of the reporting capabilities and measure the accuracy of the Order to Cash cycle. Understanding sales analytics provides insight into sales forecasting and helps us plan for production based on historical data. Two things are key when it comes to analytics: how analytics improves the existing processes and how it helps us plan future sales efficiently. In this chapter, we will focus on reporting related to sales and transportation and understand some of the key reporting capabilities that are available.
