Summary
In this chapter, we learned that people, by far, are the most critical element of the enterprise in the knowledge era. A company's ability to hire the right people, to unlock their potential, to nurture and grow their capabilities, and to create conditions whereby they feel engaged with the work and with the business will determine the extent to which the organization can enhance its agility.
The next chapter is about the fourth component of the enterprise, namely, technology and its significance. The chapter will also explore how to leverage technology for enhancing enterprise agility.
