That concludes the second chapter. In this chapter, we looked at the key business benefits that DevOps brings to your organization, as well as looking at the topologies you can align your teams to for the greatest success. Flipping that around, we looked at anti-patterns, which are the team patterns to avoid when it comes to DevOps transformation. Finally, we looked at how to avoid failed DevOps transformation projects and looked at an example of how DevOps has failed.
