Converting a row into a header or footer and setting repeating options
A useful feature when using tables in InDesign is the ability to designate header and footer rows. If your table continues across multiple frames, columns, or pages, this can be especially helpful as it allows you to have the header or footer repeat in each new frame, column, or page. Header and footer rows can also be useful when it comes to styling your content since they are not included when you apply alternating fills.

Getting started
