SpeedScreen latency reduction
XenApp offers two features to enhance user experience on high latency connections: Mouse Click Feedback and Local Text Echo. These two features are often referred to with the collective term of SpeedScreen Latency Reduction.

SpeedScreen was the name Citrix used before introducing the HDX brand.
Both the features are configured a specific tool, SpeedScreen Latency Reduction Manager. You can find it by navigating to Administrative Tools | Citrix | Administration Tools. You need at least local administrative rights to run the tool.
Mouse Click Feedback
On a slow network, users don't receive an immediate feedback for mouse clicks, so they often click multiple times.
If you enable Mouse Click Feedback, Citrix Receiver, running on the user's machine, immediately changes the mouse pointer from idle to busy after the user clicks, to show that the command is being processed and to avoid multiple clicks by the user.
