Conventions used
There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.
TestIndexHandler
: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: "To write a unit test, start with a main_test.go
and define a method to return an instance of the Gin router."
A block of code is set as follows:
pm.test("More than 10 recipes", function () { var jsonData = pm.response.json(); pm.expect(jsonData.length).to.equal(10) });
Any command-line input or output is written as follows:
$ go tool cover -html=coverage.out
Bold: Indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen. For example, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in the text like this. Here is an example: "Click on Launch and assign a key-pair or create a new SSH key pair. Then click on Create instance."
