Summary

In this chapter, we looked at how to use SharePoint to call a Windows Server AppFabric hosted workflow service. Using a workflow external to SharePoint allows for reuse of the business process by other systems. Using Windows Server AppFabric gives us a single processing environment which reduces the complexity of monitoring and administration.
