A complete list of Acrobat tools
Looking at the Tools screen in Acrobat Pro gives you an idea of what all of them do. However, I always find it hard to remember which tool has the options that I am looking for, especially those obscure ones that I use only once in a while. Here is the complete list of tools and some notes to help you find options that are hidden:

It is a good idea to take time to test all the tools. This will help you to decide which method you prefer when performing functions, since most of them can also be accessed through panes and menus.
In the following section, we’ll see a table with keyboard shortcuts listed so that you can work more efficiently than if you depended on menus or toolbars alone.
